A robot on wheels for you iPod
The Japanese music robot Miuro (short for "music innovation based on utility robot technology") has got to be the best iPod accessory out there right now. I love the thought of plugging in my portable music player (for $$930, it better work on more than just an iPod) and have it follow me around playing my music. That way I don't have to keep going back to it to make adjustments or worry about being in a different room than my boom box and having the volumne way too loud just so I can hear it from a couple of rooms away. This is just so cool. For some reason it reminds me of teddy from the Speilberg movie A.I. ¶ 6:46 AM
