  Completely web based call center solution...
Now this is pretty nifty and is going to make a lot of web entrepreneurs happy. Sky-Click has released their virtual call center service which basically gives companies the ability to have their own call center, without any of the heavy hardware. Now smaller companies don't have to jump through any hurdles really, to get a call center up and running. It even integrates with SalesForce, making business on the go that much easier.

The only software that needs to be installed is on your agent's machines, so Sky-Click can route calls to them as well as keep statistics on them. All in all it's very convenient and even cheap (for now). They're running a specail promotional price of $10.00 per agent a month but if you use "techcrunch" for the special offer code, you'll get an additional three months free.
