Toshiba's Gigabeats
Available in Japan later this month will be Toshiba's Gigabeat mp3 players. Sporting either a 30GB or 60 HDD and some hot colors (looks like three). The 2.4" QVGA screen ain't looking too bad either. Will it topple the iPod? No but hey, the publicity (from the two people who read this blog (hi mom!)) can't hurt. ¶ 8:49 PM

I really liked the screen on the first gen Gigabeats. The UI wasn't very intuative though. If I remember correctly, it didn't have a radio either. I gotta have my radio. Last Oct I got a Sony w800 for my birthday. I think devices like will be the future. Phone, high res camera (for a phone), radio, MP3, flashlight, etc. All in a compact device.
