Toshiba releases perpendicular storage hard drives first Toshiba let rip (i.e. has begun to ship) their new 40 gigaytes in 1.8 inches hard drives before everyone else ( spare SDK perhaps?). Expect to see the new slim drives in an upgraded  version of your digital audio player of choice pretty soon.   ¶ 1:30 PM
