Google's not first with the sidebar Microsoft might have beat Google to the punch with their own sidebar available to MSN premium users. It doesn't look as kewl and I couldn't find much information on plug-ins but it seems like Google is playing speedy catch up, making sure they have better versions of products that their competitors have out or plan on releasing.
