Skype users can now get video calling Users of the ever-expanding (150,000 new users a day!) VoIP phone service Skype can now download a plugin from Dialcom (Spotania's Video4Skype) that enables video conferecing if you have a webcam. This plugin apparently wasn't designed specifically for Skype but I would imagine it being pretty popular amoongst Skype users since Skype is free and almost widely used.  ¶ 6:12 AM
