Microsoft's Korean MSN site gets hacked
Ouch. Microsoft has
admitted that their Korean MSN site (www.msn.co.kr - now cleaned) was booby trapped with some code that attempted to steal passwords from visitors. If that wasn't embarassing enough, the hack happened because one of their servers were not fully patched. You would think that since they release the patches, they would be able to have everything patched up (even if the site was operated but another company it's the brand man!). Guess not.
