Google CEO gives some insight into Google's thinking and inner workings Google CEO Eric Schmidt had an interview with Charlie Rose last Friday where the Google frontman explained how they plan on making the world a better place through perfecting the art of the web search. He also gave some insight into their recruiting process:

Mr Schmidt says Google recruits by appealing to people who want to make big changes in the world and convince them that they should do it with Google. Why? Because Google has the scale in computing and organization.

And because of its size, Google represents the largest opportunity they will ever have in their lifetimes.
