Picture Voice Recorder from Sony
In Japan (of course), Sony introduced their new Visual Voice Recorder dubbed the ICD-CX50. It can hold 256MB worth of data and it comes with a 1.3 megapixel camera and a 1.2" LCD screen, whose maximum resolution is 1280x960.
