this Washington Post article about how Ionic Air Purifiers aren't all they're cracked up to be. Apparently the process they use to cleanse your air, produces the super-charged oxygen molecule called ozone. In large enough quantities, it can damage the lungs and aggrivate astham. Basically harming the people who are most likely to buy products like this. Ouch. Well, the sharper image wasn't going to take that laying down so there coming out will all kinds of statements saying their purifier is like most hosthold products all of which produce small, trace amounts of ozone.Yeah, sure.
