Gadget: Sony comes out swinging at iPod Sony out to get Apple as they annouce the latest walkman, the NW-HD5. Sony claims it's the smallest 20gb digital music player on the market and they may be right. The battery, even though it will last 40hrs (so they say), will be replaceable and will feature Sony's Fllow Turn Display function where if the put the device on it's side, the display turns as well so it is always upright. Cool. Looks like they're directly addressing some of the iPod faults. Competition is good. Full article here
