Former Xboxer launches Chinese Broadband Effort Kevin Bachus (ex-Xbox designer) is launching a new venture call IDV-Global MEdia-On-Demand. The Newport Beach based company hopes to develop a system to deliver games, sports, movies, and tv shows (basically multimedia content) to tvs and computers via the internet.
