With $250,000 worth of hardware packed into their Ford Taurus they drive around testing verizon's network. they also check to see how their competitors connectivity is as well. Whatever they're doing must be working, while I'm always hearing people complain about Cingular, Sprint, T-Mobile and Nextel. I rarely hear anything but positive comment when regarding Verizon.
